Gartenbau Versicherung

Gartenbau-Versicherung is a German insurance company specialising in professional horticulture. While its headquarters are in Wiesbaden (Germany), the company enjoys Europe-wide success, including in Italy. To strengthen brand awareness on the Italian market, Gartenbau-Versicherung asked us to conceive an Italy-wide campaign focused on highlighting the company’s image as a modern, trustworthy institution.

The Brand Gorillas team developed a creative concept consisting of visuals thematising the risks that typically endanger crops, such as hail, cold spells and flooding, but with a positive, humorous take. For example, one of the visuals features a tomato wearing a cap – a metaphor for protection against damage from snow and cold spells. The strategy of humorous exaggeration is designed to bring Gartenbau-Versicherung into the spotlight on the Italian horticultural market.
