PRADERCO KG, with registered office in 39100 Bolzano, Wangergasse 6, prepares this privacy policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR/General Data Protection Regulation) and all other applicable laws and regulations in the field of data protection.

We only process personal data if it is necessary for the functionality and service of our website. Processing takes place with your consent, unless required by law. Our aim is to provide you with a convenient visit to our website, to answer your enquiries and to stay in contact with you. To this end, we use necessary data, such as automatically collected usage data or voluntarily provided contact data, to optimise the website and ensure its security.

Purpose of the processing

We carry out the following data processing with your express consent (where required):

  • Providing the services you have requested
  • Responding to customer service enquiries, requests for information or reservations
  • Checking CVs and contacting applicants who have submitted their documents
  • Fulfilment of legal, accounting and tax obligations

Consent to processing for direct marketing purposes is voluntary and does not affect the use of our services if it is not given.

Retention of personal data

Personal data processed for the above-mentioned purposes will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil these purposes. In any case, since the data processing is carried out for the provision of services, the Data Controller will process the personal data until the time provided for by Italian legislation on the protection of interests (art. 2946 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code). With regard to CVs sent via the website or by e-mail, personal data will be kept for a period of time deemed appropriate for the purpose for which the data was collected.

Rights of the data subject

In accordance with Article 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request information from the controller about your personal data, to request its rectification or erasure or to object to its processing. You can also request the restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR and have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.
